AppleStoreConnectで個人として米国納税フォームを書いてみる

Apple Developer Programに参加したので、Apple Store Connectが使えるようになった。

ここでは、米国の納税フォームに書いたことをメモする。

※以下、2021/06/09現在の内容である。

Certification

I declare that the individual or organization named above is the beneficial owner of any payments made under the agreement. I declare that (後略)

チェックする。

Title

ここで迷ったが、Mr. / Mrs. / Ms. を入れればいいらしい。( ソース )

今回はMr.と入力した。

Form W-8BEN

Part I: Identification of Beneficial Owner

1. Date of Birth

MM-DD-YYYYで入力。

これ以外はOptionalなので入力しなかった。

Part II: Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits

1. I certify that the beneficial owner is a resident of Japan within the meaning of the income tax treaty between United States and that country or region.

チェック。

1. Special rates and conditions

何も入力しなかった。

Type of Income

Income from the sales of apps を選択。

Explain the additional conditions in the Article and paragraph the beneficial owner meets to be eligible for the rate of withholding

入力しなかった。

Part III: Certification

Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have examined the information on this form and (後略)

チェック。なお、<label>要素の範囲がデカすぎてチェックボックスの表示がずれていた。 (Safariで確認)

Capacity in which acting

Self または Individual。今回はIndividualを入力した。
